Shane is the best real estate agent when it comes to knowing what it takes to sell a property. I had a downtown Toronto condominium (a loft) which was listed with another agent for 6 months, and the agent was averaging about 1 showing every 2 or 3 weeks and he couldn't get even one single offer on it. I listed it with Shane and he very strongly recommended that it be staged, particularly because it was a loft; and he recommended an expensive staging company that he said was the best. After a great deal of reluctance on my part, given the cost, I finally agreed. The unit was staged at the beginning of January 2026, Shane arranged for photography and the unit was listed a couple of days later. We then began to get multiple showings per day in an absolutely dead market. Altogether, I think we had close to 20 showings in about a week.
